Career counselling

We have collaborated with YourDOST, an In-Person Career Counselling service provider which is available 24*7 to our students and a number of students are taking advantage of the services provided.

Also, an experienced Career Counsellor visits the campus fortnightly to provide effective counselling to our students in-person.

Awareness Programs

To provide updated information about diverse career options/examination required for higher education / self-motivational stories/opportunities, different types of awareness programs are being organized on campus. The CEOs, Toppers, companies’ figureheads are invited on campus to chaperon and guide our students.

Preparation for Higher Education

We, at KIET Group of institutions, prepare our students for exams like GRE/ GMAT/ IELTS through on-campus classes. Career Guidance Center is working meticulously to bring the master preparation centres to the vicinity of the campus for our residential as well as nearby residing students to make them ready for their dream higher education through GATE/ GPAT also.

Foreign Language Courses

Foreign languages are a way of opening doors for new opportunities to enter in the life of our students, as it enables our students to become more culturally diverse and make a mark in the international arena of the Multi-national Companies. Towards this end, we have already started the Japanese language course on campus conducted by qualified teachers from NJLA – NEC Japanese Language Academy. We are also starting the classes for German, Spanish, French and Chinese on campus.

International internships and summer schools/ programs

Internships are a great way for students to experience and see how ideas work in real life. Taking it one step further, a program to provide international internships to students of KIET ensures a global educational and personality development. This provides the students with a chance to spread their wings outside the boundaries of their own country.

Moreover, the institute has opened the opportunity for students to claim a scholarship for the internship that they get selected for! This is to ensure that none of the students gets left out on the opportunity, no matter what her or his economic condition. The scholarship is granted on the basis of merit, attendance, discipline and other criteria, of the aspirants.
