It was 'Technovation' an annual national level technical Hackathon organised by Greater Noida Industrial development authority in collaboration with Sharda University under the theme of substaible amenities and facilities design. It was a 7 days Hackathon. There were 400+ teams and 1200+ students competing from all over India representing different colleges. NEC is IIT Bombay's annual venture, which aims at fostering entrepreneurial spirit and ensures holistic development of the scene throughout the nation.
Advance track of the National Entrepreneurship Challenge is meant to take entrepreneurial ventures to unimaginable heights, and hence, create an ecosystem that can be beneficial for likeminded individuals. By conducting various events, workshops, and interactive sessions, and also by performing well on various national level tasks, team e-Cell, KIET Ghaziabad was able to feed the entrepreneurial hunger in our institution effectively, and hence ace the Advance leader board of the National Entrepreneurship Challenge.
The team has secured All India Rank 2nd in IIT Bombay's National Entrepreneurship Challenge, 2020, which saw them competing with over 700 teams. The project was under the guidance of Mr. Satendra Kumar, GM – TBI.

It is to inform you that we had participated in Agnitraya'19 organized by Indian institute of management KASHIPUR held from 8th-10th nov. 2019 and we have secured 1st position and won cash prize of Rs. 25000 in the event Broadway Hues-Nukkad Natak .
The annual cultural fest "AGNITRAYA'19" was held in Indian Institute of Management (IIM), kashipur on 09 November '19, all the events were really enthusiastic and exciting, where KIETIANS participated effectively and came out with flying colors. Steppers Dance Crew of KIET Group Of Institutions secured 2nd position in Group Dance event held at IIM Kashipur on 8th-Nov,2019. Many teams from different college participated in the event and our two of the college teams competed there, out of which Steppers Dance Crew secured 2nd position. It was an amazing and enthusiastic performance by our team.
AVNEESH RAsecured first position in the event open mic and won the prize money 12500 INR in annual cultural and sports fest (Agnitraya 2019) from 8/11/2019 to 11/11/2019 at IIM Kashipur., an open mic event was in collaboration with The Social House, Delhi.

On 2nd and 3rd November 2019 , Akash bajpai of IT department 3rd year organized an AR/VR with Unity workshop for Students at IIIT LUCKNOW. More than 70 students attended the session where they learned the basics of this technology. He will be hosting a github event at there tech fest GET SET FOSS sponsored by Github".

“ We feel really proud to share that team Tech Army of INNOGEEKS has won the 48 hours national level hackathon- NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE and were awarded with People's choice award as well.70000 participants from all around India competed in the pre-qualifiers and 500 participants were qualified for the nationals and 3 teams were selected out of those. Now the team will represent India at the international level. We congratulate the team members for their tremendous work and wish them all the best for the international round."
A team 'tech interstellar' of three students (Ronak Jain 2nd year-IT, Naveen kumar Tiwari 2nd year-IT & Yash Chaturvedi 2nd year-ECE) receive first position & prize Rs 6500/- -" Data hackathon " dated - 12th October 2019 organized by IGDTUW college Delhi.
Mohd Aaquib of I.T. Department. 4th Year won 2nd Prize at NIT Kurukshetra in Monodrama Competition. He received a Trophy & Certificate of excellence . This was a solo acting competition in which competition is on the basis of expression, storyline, acting skills and clarity of words and creativity.
Three students Raj Singh(CE 2nd year) ,Krishna kumar (MCA 2nd year) ,Prayag Tomer(CSE 3rd year) Got 1st 2nd and 3rd prize respectively and qualify for state championship in 3rd NCR Yoga Championship held at Adharsheela Public School Ghaziabad organized by Divyayogmay institute under aegis of Yoga Federation of India .
Team UDDESHHYA secured second position in mime act at NIT Kurukshetra on 11th October 2019. "Sometimes the prize is not worth the cost. The means by which we achieve the victory is as important as the victory.”
This is about short film competition held at Vivekananda College (DU). A team comprising of Naman Mahendra and Kanishk Singh represented KIET in this particular event and won 1st prize. Award prize of 2000 rupees was also granted to the team.
KIET Sports Team has performed tremendously in Kashipur Sports Fest- Agnitraya-19 held on 8-10 oct-2019. Our college participated in different events with teams like IIM KASHIPUR, IIM Lucknow, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, College Of technology Pantnagar, JERC JAIPUR, IIT BHU, FMS BHU, JAYPEE NOIDA, etc.
We are happy to announce that our college got 1st place in Basketball (Boys & Girls), Badminton (Boys & Girls), Chess & High Jump and 3rd place in – Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Table Tennis, Carrom & Shot-Put.

Team Quizzinga secured FIRST position in the INQUIZITIVE - The GENERAL QUIZ organized by Parola - The Literary Hub of JIIT, is the annual literary festival of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
The quiz comprised of two rounds. Team Quizzinga was the top scorer in both the rounds making them the first winner of JOUST-2019 from KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.
This is to overwhelmingly announce that Phoenix Dance Crew of KIET Dance Club has backed 3rd position in the inter-college fest RUBAROO 2k19 held in SRM Institute of Science and Technology On 27 Sep-2019. A team of 30 talents performed together on-stage creating wonders and brought honour to KIET.
KHO-KHO Team of KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS got 3rd position in the annual sports fest "UDGHOSH" was held in IIT Kanpur from 27th to 29th September 2019.
KIET Sports Team have performed tremendously in AKTU ZONAL SPORTS FEST-2019: organized at zonal center Vishveshwarya Institute of Engineering & Technology for all the engineering Institute of Ghaziabad Zone in which approximately 1100 students have participated in 24 different sports events. In this mega event our 117 students participated with full enthusiasm and achieve 2nd position in AKTU Zonal fest by gaining 5 Gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze in different games.
Aayushi Srivastava and Aman kansal with their team members Siddhant gupta, Archit Mittal and Aadarsh Singh student of IT department achieved first position among all colleges in India and got cash prize of Rs5000, in “camerathon” organized on 20th September 2019 in college campus as an pre-qualifying round for treasure hunt at Rendenvous-19 cultural fest of IIT Delhi by their campus ambassador.
