Interdepartmental Sports Fest 'Spardha-22':
From the 3rd to the 5th of March 2022, KIET Group of Institutions, Delhi NCR, hosted an 'Interdepartmental Sports Festival' known as 'Spardha-22.' Both our institution's boys' and girls' teams actively participated in this event. The coordination of the entire event was overseen by Sports Officers at KIET, namely, Dr. Sachin Rathore, Ms. Mona Agarwal, and Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, under the guidance of the Office of Dean-SW and Assistant Dean-Sports.

Further, 1st position holder teams shall move for AKTU State Sports, which will be falls on 03-04 December, 2021.
Three Teams Selected in TOYCATHON 2021 (20th February 2021)
KIET Group of Institutions delighted to share that three teams from the Department of Mechanical Engineering have been selected in the final round of TOYCATHON 2021. Toycathon 2021 is an inter-ministerial initiative organized by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell with support from the All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Textiles, and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Toycathon 2021 is a unique opportunity for Students, Teachers, Start-ups, and Toy experts/professionals in India to submit their innovative toys/games concepts and win a large number of prizes worth Rs. 50 lakhs.
Winner Smart India Hackathon 2020 (20th February 2021)
KIET Group of Institutions is extremely proud to inform you that team Tech_Army has brought another laurel to the institution. Tech_Army team claimed Victory at the Smart India Hackathon 2020 Hardware edition by Govt. of India.

Won Prize in National Level Technical Technovation (20th -27th January 2021)
The team members Aditya Srivastava from EN, 3rd year, Abhishek Gupta from EN, 3rd year and Torsa Naidu from IT, 3rd year won the Second prize in 'Technovation'.
It was 'Technovation' an annual national level technical Hackathon organised by Greater Noida Industrial development authority in collaboration with Sharda University under the theme of substaible amenities and facilities design. It was a 7 days Hackathon. There were 400+ teams and 1200+ students competing from all over India representing different colleges. The team members were me, i.e; Aditya Srivastava from EN, 3rd year, Abhishek Gupta from EN, 3rd year and Torsa Naidu from IT, 3rd year.
5th ACM India National Level Hackathon for Women in Computing (19th-20th December 2020 )
Vanshika Singhal of IT 2nd year, Sakshi Singh of CSIT 2nd year and Sanchita Mishra of CO 2nd year won the First prize with 24,000/- cash at “5th ACM India National Level Hackathon for Women in Computing” organized by ACM-W India, ABES ACM Student and ABES ACM-W Student Chapter with the theme “Self Reliant India'- a small step towards Self Reliant India for innovation ideas using IT Solution in various domain such as Health Care, Finance, Agriculture, Education, Social innovation” held on 19th-20th December 2020.
NASA International Space Apps Challenge 2020 (21st November 2020)
Teams from Innogeeks were first select as Global Nominees in October and now they are now selected as the Global Finalists (Top 40 teams in the world). They will now be judged for the 6 awards and would be entitled as Global finalists.

Sugandha Sharma Won the Competition “Diversität” (29th September 2020)
Congratulation to Sugandha Sharma for winning the competition “Diversität” organized by the Goethe’ Institut of German Language, New Delhi
For what it's worth, the student of our Institution has once again made us proud with her remarkable achievement.
We feel immensely proud in congratulating Sugandha Sharma, student of CSE Branch 3rd year, who won the competition with her creative and impeccable ideas, while competing among the participants from various esteemed Universities across the country. She chose the medium of sketching & painting through which she portrayed diversity through different people of different age groups with their flaws and pros each holding flowers and tried to depict how each one of us is unique and beautiful in our ways and how diversity is bliss if seen in positive terms.

Won 4th Prize in Competition - Virtual Hacks 2020 (20th September 2020)
Akash Bajpai (IT 4th Year), Kritika Singh (EI 3rd Year), Tushar Gupta (CSI 2nd Year) have won the 4th prize (1,25,000$ CAD (~ 70lakh Rs.) with 6 month internship or 12,500$ CAD (~ 7lakh) in Cash) in Competition - Virtual Hacks 2020 on 20th Sep 2020.
Virtual hacks was a 8 weeks long virtual hackathon by canada based companies facedrive and hiride, which invited ideas from around the globe which potentially solves the problems faced in the current world.
Appreciation from “INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS” (05th September 2020)
Tushar Kartik, student of second year CSE branch, have recently been recognised by the *INDIA BOOK OF RECORDS* for making the SMALLEST PAPER PLANE of just 1mm, on 5 September 2020 and got achievers pack with certificate and medal.

Team e-Cell got 1st rank in the CXO auction in flagship event at IIT Roorkee (31st January 2020)
e-Summit is the flagship event of E-Cell IIT Roorkee, which is organized annually to bring together the educational society, investors, new generation businessmen and all those who are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship to common grounds. This year the theme was DISRUPTION DILEMMAS which indicates solving the problems, which they did by conducting different workshops, various events and collective sessions by dignitaries and CEOs of various companies. Team e-Cell, KIET Ghaziabad feels ecstatic not only to be part of such an event but also converting our hard work into success.
Under the mentorship of Mr. Satendra Kumar, Dean of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, team e-Cell, KIET Ghaziabad has emerged as the ace of spades and secured 1st rank in the CXO auction event.

NEC is IIT Bombay's annual venture, which aims at fostering entrepreneurial spirit and ensures holistic development of the scene throughout the nation.
Advance track of the National Entrepreneurship Challenge is meant to take entrepreneurial ventures to unimaginable heights, and hence, create an ecosystem that can be beneficial for likeminded individuals. By conducting various events, workshops, and interactive sessions, and also by performing well on various national level tasks, team e-Cell, KIET Ghaziabad was able to feed the entrepreneurial hunger in our institution effectively, and hence ace the Advance leader board of the National Entrepreneurship Challenge.
The team has secured All India Rank 2nd in IIT Bombay's National Entrepreneurship Challenge, 2020, which saw them competing with over 700 teams. The project was under the guidance of Mr. Satendra Kumar, GM – TBI.

1st runner-up in NEC Food Hackathon organized by NEC Technologies in Bangalore (7-8th December 2019)
Team two-o-two secured 2nd position and won cash prize 100000 in the Hackathon, in NEC Food Hackathon organized by NEC Technologies in Bangalore, held on 7-8th December 2019. Team was shortlisted in first round on the basis of abstract submission out of 4500 teams and finally at venue we competedwith 30 teams.Participants were from different parts of country with various profile including students, Developers and other company professionals.

Victory in NASA space apps challenge
“ We feel really proud to share that team Tech Army of INNOGEEKS has won the 48 hours national level hackathon- NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE and were awarded with People's choice award as well.70000 participants from all around India competed in the pre-qualifiers and 500 participants were qualified for the nationals and 3 teams were selected out of those. Now the team will represent India at the international level. We congratulate the team members for their tremendous work and wish them all the best for the international round."

Mohd Aaquib of I.T. Department. 4th Year won 2nd Prize at NIT Kurukshetra in Monodrama Competition. He received a Trophy & Certificate of excellence . This was a solo acting competition in which competition is on the basis of expression, storyline, acting skills and clarity of words and creativity.

This is about short film competition held at Vivekananda College (DU). A team comprising of Naman Mahendra and Kanishk Singh represented KIET in this particular event and won 1st prize. Award prize of 2000 rupees was also granted to the team.

Team Quizzinga secured FIRST position in the INQUIZITIVE - The GENERAL QUIZ organized by Parola - The Literary Hub of JIIT, is the annual literary festival of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Aayushi Srivastava and Aman kansal with their team members Siddhant gupta, Archit Mittal and Aadarsh Singh student of IT department achieved first position among all colleges in India and got cash prize of Rs5000, in “camerathon” organized on 20th September 2019 in college campus as an pre-qualifying round for treasure hunt at Rendenvous-19 cultural fest of IIT Delhi by their campus ambassador.
