News & Event

  • Successfully running first Batch - Pan India presence with students from Himachal Pradesh to Kerala
  • Successfully arranged internships for all ADAM students at various Mercedes-Benz Dealerships
  • Wonderful one-day Interaction on 17th January 2019 about Career Prospectus in Automotive Industry with Mr. Sunil Dagar and Mr. Christian Ch. Schmidt from Mercedes-Benz India, Chakan, Pune
  • Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Technical manager from T and T motors, visited our ADAM Center on 7th March 2019 and interacted with ADAM students
  • Mr. Suhas Khirsagar, DGM - aftersales, MBIL visited the ADAM Center on 11th Feb 2020 and interacted with 2nd Batch students. He shared some of the success stories of the students who have undergone ADAM course at various locations.
  • An online Business session was organized on 5th Nov 2020 for the ADAM students by MB India Business Mangers & MB Retail Team Leaders in which about 55 students from all the ADAM centers of Northern Region participated.
  • Third batch of ADAM has been successfully started from 1st October 2020.
  • A total of 53 Hands On Training Sessions were organized by MB trainers from April 2020 to November 2020 on different modules.
  • An online session was organized for students on Advance Driver Assist by Mr. Shivaji Bhosle from MBIL India on 20th May 2021.

As per the MoU with AIESEC, the Department of PR & International Relations in collaboration with Centre for Automotive Mechatronics organized a 45 days training-cum-internship programme on “Mechanical, Electrical & System Module” in Automotive Mechatronics. Mr. Youssef Bourjini (R/o Tunisia, North Africa) applied for and completed the internship at KIET Group of Institutions, located in Delhi-NCR, Ghaziabad, India. The international internship program began on 15th July 2024 and concluded on 30th August 2024, under the guidance of project mentors, Mr. Badal Singh and Mr. Vikas Kumar, Manager-CAM (Centre for Automotive Mechatronics at KIET).

Center for Automotive Mechatronics organized one day short term workshop on Automotive Mechatronics for DTU students of Mechanical Engineering Department on 27th August 2024.

Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows conducted a placement drive at the Centre for Automotive Mechatronics for ADAM 6th batch students. Out of 25 students, 20 were successfully hired. The Executive Director, Mr. Akesh Pandita, and Head of HR, Mr. Nitin Garg, were present during the recruitment process.

The international internship program began on 7th November 2023 and concluded on 20th December 2023, under the guidance of project mentors, Mr. Vikas Kumar Trainer- CAM and Mr. Badal Singh, Manager-CAM (Centre for Automotive Mechatronics at KIET).

Two days advance EV training for ADAM 6th Batch was conducted in Mercedes-Benz Academy, Pune by Mr. Shivaji Bhosale, Aftersales Manager, Mercedes Benz India Pvt. Ltd

The event was organized by Mercedes-Benz India pvt.ltd. from 12th - 14th July 2022. It was a wonderful training covering the topics like- Electric Vehicles, upcoming EQB and EQS vehicles and the latest technologies related to EVs and the future of automotive
