KIET as the name pronounces(KITE) is an institution which helps you fly high in the sky of success.

A student like me with no interest in technology, by chance entered into a technical institution therefore, so obviously had less efforts being put in studies but the institution and especially my department (Computer Science & Engineering) helped me not only in gaining interest in my curriculum but also changed my mindset towards a positive end. Curriculum being seriously followed and great efforts being put on by placement team to help students placed into MNCs are the key points about KIET. It was always special to be in KIET and CS family(to be specific) as it helps in overall development of an individual. Guidance for internship through Personality Development classes are all designed in a way to help an individual to succeed in all phase of life. Dr. Vineet Sharma(HOD) CS and Mr Ankur Bhardwaj(faculty) and all other faculty members are the pillars who stand tall ensuring success to each and every students (Thank you so much everyone for helping us at each and every phase). Before your college ends you have a successful IT career (as you are already placed). Being placed in TCS(on campus) then in Accenture and now Kronos clearly speaks about the success of KIET CSE department. At last I would like to say:- TRY AND FAIL TRY AGAIN AND FAIL AGAIN. I, like most other students was just happy to have secured a seat in one of the best engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh when I joined KIET.

Although I hadn't planned the four years of my graduation, I had my goal very clear in my mind, which was to crack CAT'14 and bring laurels to my college. As time passed, KIET helped me develop my personality, besides the technical expertise that it provided. The cultural, technical and literary fests played a key role in my all-round development. I am specially thankful to the teachers, who not only helped me with the subjects but also made me learn some valuable lessons of life. Converting IIM Indore(PGP Mumbai) wouldn't have been possible without KIET which gave me great teachers, amazing friends, lovely seniors and juniors and the best roommate(Nupur Israni). My parents have always been my torch bearer and always chose the best for me. I can proudly say they maintained their habit by choosing KIET for me. Conventionally, colleges prepare their students from the very start just for placements at the top names they can reach out to. Unequivocally, KIET stands out only one of its kind. It not only prepares its students academically and professionally but also for an all encompassing future. Faculties at my department helped me see the bigger picture. They gradually inculcated in me the wisdom to chase my dreams rather than settle for transient success. The faculties here were more like co-parents or friends who always stood strong by me. Apart from high class infrastructure and awesome faculties, KIET provided me a vibrant atmosphere to let my imagination flow and my talents grow exponentially. A dozen trophies from various competitions and academic excellence certificates which I won at KIET are a beautiful reminder that I was shaped by the best in the best way possible and it stirs unwavering confidence in me. It was here I taught to push the envelope a little further which still helps me in countless scenarios. Presently, I am studying Geoinformatics, M.Tech at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Merely studying here amongst the most brilliant minds of the nation is like a dream come true, a dream which KIET had a great input in. In computer language a good input resulted in a beautifully rendered output. A well deserved thank you and lots of good wishes to the KIET family!

In 2015, fate landed me in KIET. As many of us, I wanted to pursue engineering from a prestigious government institute, but destiny had its own plans. Although I struggled in initial days with my thoughts, little did I know that I'll end up being the Bronze medalist in AKTU in Computer Science Engineering.

My four years journey in KIET had been great, both in terms of academics as well as personal growth. The incomparable support and motivation provided by the faculties made it possible for me to achieve a position in university and also granted me the privilege to be honored by the Governor of UP.

KIET always taught me to be a better version of myself. Having given multiple opportunities to coordinate and manage various cultural events helped in building confidence and a sense of responsibility in myself.

I would like to thank GOD, my parents, my little brother and my alma mater for believing in me and always bringing out the best in me, understanding my capabilities and motivating me to be the best version of myself. Heartful gratitude to my mentor Mr. Ankur Bhardwaj sir, the backbone of CSE department for being the guiding light in every thick and thin of my journey at KIET. 

Towards the mid of 2019, as my B.Tech tenure was about to get over, I had no regrets but only regard and feeling of gratefulness for being a part of this eminent institute and for offering me the values, knowledge and standards to cherish for life.

KIET is one of the great institutes and expertise in technical education. I wanted to build my career in Computer Engineering and KIET has provided me with ample opportunities to improve my technical as well as professional skills.
The faculties here are very supportive. Placement department is one of the most versatile departments in the college. The institution also organizes various inter-college as well as intra-college events.
The placement cell and HSS department also assists students in improving their basic aptitude and communication skills, while they are in their mid-years of engineering so that student's won't face any problems during placements in the final year.
These four years at KIET have given me friends for life and many more opportunities. It has been an unforgettable journey. I was able to strengthen my leadership skills by becoming one of the members at Team ERP, the technical club of KIET.
This has given me tremendous opportunities to grow personally and professionally.The days which have been spent at KIET were the golden days of my life and will remember it for the rest of my life.
