The objective of the Medicinal Plants Exhibition that was held on 11.05.2024 (2.00 pm onwards) in KIET School of Pharmacy was to create awareness among the students regarding medicinal importance of the commonly available plants and to enrich our herbal garden with more therapeutic plants. About 65 students from each branch (D. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy) took part with enthusiasm.

Dr. Deepti Katiyar, Dr. Daksh Bhatia and Dr. Richa Goel make excellent efforts in organizing this Medicinal Plants Exhibition.
The students demonstrated the therapeutic properties of various medicinal plants including Emblica officinalis, Curcuma longa, Moringa oleifera, Mentha piperita, Withania somnifera, Stevia rebaudiana and Mimosa pudica.

The compassionate presence of Dr. K. Nagarajan (Principal, KSOP) inspired the students. The competition was judged by Dr. Abhay Bhardwaj, Dr. Snigdha Bhardwaj, Dr. Nidhi and Ms. Shikha Kaushik.
