The Department of CSIT organized a Guest Lecture on “Salesforce CRM – Cloud Technology” on 31st October, 2023 in Physical mode from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for CSIT final year students. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Sharad Jain (Technical Lead, Tata Consultancy Services), who shared his insights on Salesforce CRM. It was an informative session that provided valuable guidance to the students on role of salesforce in the area of cloud computing related to applications for all aspects of business, including CRM, sales, ERP, customer service and marketing. 77 students attended this event. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks expressed by the CSIT Department.
