The interaction was attended by Students of MCA First Year of Batch 2022-23 KIET, Ghaziabad.

The agendas of the meeting were as follows:

1. Role competitive codding for getting better employment.
2. Need to overcome from fear of failure
3. Present needs/requirements of Industries in terms of technical skills

The topic was quite relevant in respect of enabling the students to face the industrial challenges. Students were found quite keen to know everything in one meeting while interacting with their respected alumnus. We would like to arrange these events on frequent basis to motivate our students.
