KIET School of Pharmacy has organized an Student Alumni Interaction on the Topic “Paving path to USA for Indian Pharma Graduates”.

The session was taken by Ms. Ayushi Kaushik, a passed out proud alumni of KSOP from (2012-2016) batch. Currently she is pursuing MS in Drug Safety from Rutgers University, New York, Work visa in progress in Drug Safety, USA.

The session was started by welcoming Principal-KSOP Prof. (Dr.) K. Nagarajan, Addl. Head KSOP Prof. (Dr.) N.G Raghvendra Rao, Faculty members, Invited Proud Alumni Ms. Ayushi Kaushik, Faculty members of the department and Students by Mr. Praveen Kumar Dixit.

Welcome address was delivered by respected Principal- Prof. (Dr.) K. Nagarajan Sir with brief Introduction of Invited Alumni Ms. Ayushi Kaushik. After that, the session was started.

In the session various aspects of career in USA were discussed:

Highlights of Interaction:
1. Preparation of GRE/TOEFL
2. Career opportunity and Scholarships in USA
3. Statement of Purpose/Letter of Recommendations
4. Importance of basics of course curriculum

Almost 90 students and 10 faculty members were witnessed the informative Student-Alumni Interaction. After that a fruitful open discussion were there. Everyone was satisfied and happy with the Alumni Interaction.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Dixit has coordinated and moderated the session as a coordinator of KSOP Alumni Cell. Mr. Sanjeev Chauhan and Dr. Kiran Sharma were also present in the talk as Alumni Coordinator. At the end of the session, a token of appreciation and recognition was presented in the form of Certificate by Prof. (Dr.) K. Nagarajan Sir respected Principal-KSOP.
