An invited guest talk on ‘Role of Regulatory Affairs in Pharmaceutical Industry” was organized by the Minor Specialization Team, KIET School of Pharmacy on 10^th July’2021 at 4:00PM with the objective to interact with the expert in DRA who enlightened about the open door of career options in Drug Regulatory Affairs. 

The guest speaker was Dr. Jitendra Kumar Badjatya, Scientist-I, Regulatory Affairs, Torrent Pharmaceuticals AMD, Gujarat. The Expert portrayed a real picture of path, struggle and luxuries that comes with one’s option of career in DRA. 

Around 75 participants attended the guest talk. The target audience was the budding pharmacists who are currently pursuing B.Pharm and M.Pharm. The students participated very passionately. 

The guest lecture was very well planned and executed by Dr. Deepti Katiyar (Assistant Professor, Coordinator, KSOP Minor Specialization) and Mr. Praveen Kumar Dixit (Assistant Professor, KIET School of Pharmacy).
