Students of final year of civil engineering attended one day awareness program on “Capacity Building & Awareness Generation on Emerging Prefab Housing Technologies Programme” on 09/08/2019. The Program was conducted by Hindustan Prefab Limited (HPL), A Govt. of India Enterprise under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The program was organized at Housing Technology Park located in Jangpura, New Delhi and students were exposed to emerging technologies like Precast Technology, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), Light Gauge Steel Frame Structure (LGSF), Expanded Polystyrene Core Panel System(EPS), Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum Panels Technology (GFRG), Polypropylene Honeycomb Core Panels & Polyurethane Foam Panels Technology (PUF).
