- Candidates reporting for admissions are required to fill up the admission form in the institute. They are therefore advised to bring the following documents in original for verification along with their photocopies in the following order:-
- 1. Original Allotment Letter
- 2. High School Certificate and Marksheet
- 3. Intermediate Marksheet
- 4. Transfer Certificate (TC)
- 5. Migration Certificate (Other than UP Board)
- 6. Affidavit if there is any gap in study
- 7. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC only)
- 8. Character Certificate
- 9. Medical Certificate (Issued by CMO)
- 10. Fees Receipt of Rs. 5000/- and Rs 10000 / Rs. 4000
- 11. Passport Size color photographs of Candidates (6 Nos.)
- 12. One Passport Size color photograph of Father and One of Mother
- 13. Annual income certificate issued by the Tehsildaar / Competent authority for those whose parents income is below Rs. 1 Lac.
- 14. Declaration of family income on Rs. 10 non judicial stamp paper duly notarized (Click here for format)
- 15. Affidavit by the Student for Ragging on Rs. 10 non judicial stamp paper duly notarized Annexure-1 (Click here for format)

- Hostel
- • For first year B.Tech / B.Pharm boys hostel accommodation will be provided off campus (as a ragging preventative measure).
- • For first year MCA / MBA boys hostel accommodation will be provided in campus hostel
- • For all girls accommodation will be provided in campus hostel
- As the first year boys hostels are outside the campus, bus will be arranged by college and bus fees shall be charged separately.
