Our institute will
be completing first decade of its existence during 2008. What
was envisioned at the time of its inception has more or less
come true. Visioning is easy but achieving its goals and objectives
are only possible when the management, faculty, staff and
all other stake holders of an institution come together to
achieve the same. This has truly happened in case of our institute.
The “STAR PERFORMER AWARD”
conferred on our institute by his Excellency the Governor
of U.P. and the Minister of Technical Education U.P. in February
2008, reflects and confirms the fact that we have been successful
in achieving what we had set for ourselves as laid down in
our vision.
Not resting on our oars, we should set fresh
goals and objectives and modify our vision for the second
decade (2008-2018). I am confident that we can set higher
goals and objectives in this decade, as we all have the capacity
to achieve them. I for myself see KIET flourishing as a well
developed University by the end of this decade.
